What to write about
Corrections
A price that is wrong or out of date, a plan that no longer exists, or a claim you think we cannot support. Include the page URL and we will check it.
Vendors
If we have described your product inaccurately, tell us what is wrong and point us at the source. We correct errors of fact. We do not remove accurate criticism, and we do not sell coverage.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion, or opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as described in our privacy policy.
Press and everything else
General enquiries about the site, its methodology, or its data.
Our correction policy
We aim to respond within five working days. If you report an error of fact and you are right, we fix it — and where the change is material to a recommendation, we note on the page that it was updated. We do not take pages down because a vendor dislikes the conclusion.
