Is TidyCal really a one-time payment?

Yes. The Individual Lifetime plan (£29) and Agency Lifetime plan (£79) are one-time purchases sold through AppSumo with no recurring fees. You own lifetime access, including all future updates. There is also a Pro subscription (£12/month or £99/year) available directly on TidyCal for additional branding removal and features, but the core lifetime plans never expire.

Can I upgrade from Individual to Agency?

Yes. AppSumo allows you to upgrade between the two lifetime tiers whilst the deal is available. You pay the difference. You can also downgrade within 60 days of purchase.

Will TidyCal's sync issues affect my bookings?

Occasionally, but not permanently. Real-world testing shows sync works reliably most of the time. When drift occurs (showing open slots during booked times), the support workaround is to disconnect and reconnect your Google Calendar, which can be done once every 24 hours. Most users report needing this rarely, if at all. If sync reliability is critical to your business, consider testing the free plan first.
